Lissandra's Passive.

I read somewhere where a Rioter stated they had thought about a new Lissandra passive. Apparently this passive involved her creating zones of black ice which she could stand on, and in doing so, when she casts an ability, they gain bonus effects. In complete honesty this sounds like a grand idea. Especially with her theme which is to freeze everything over.

I've thought of an idea as to what these bonuses could be:

Q - Standing on the black ice increases the Q's initial cast range, the shatter range stays the same. W - Standing on the black ice makes W have a small slow effect after the root. E - Standing on the black ice makes E's travel speed slightly faster. R - Standing on the black ice makes R's healing effect more potent. (When cast on herself.)

The black ice disappears/melts when she casts an ability while standing on them.

I honestly suck at creating things like this, but it seems like a grand idea.
