Making a new LoL server request

Hi! Ex Yugoslavian people(Bosnians,Serbians,Macedonians,Croatians...), they all speak the same language, so could you make a Balkan server, like there is one for Russia or Turkey for example, please? The ping would be a lot better, same as comunication.
