Riot,answer this please

I think Kassadin really needs some changes... If i remember well,last year,Riot said:"We are going to low down Kassadin's burst potential and make Kassadin players foces more on his R",so they lowered q base damage few times,they tottally changed w so they made it greatly refounds mana to be able to use ultimate better,they lowerwd down e ap scaling and that was ok,that was greatlly done and that made Kassadin a balanced champion,but now they damn destroyed him by nerfing range to 500 from 700,so Riot,please buff his range just to 600 make mana cost 60 at start that will double up each time up to 4 stacks(960 maximum mana cost)and to make sure they won't be the spamms make cooldown 8/6/4.Or if you dont want to do that just bring him base abilities damage backk and absolutlly change his R.
