Kassadin has rly low win rate now,why?Bcs his range got destroyed.I suggest to make it scale with levels,for example:500/600/700 or 550/600/650 or 600/650/700,yep,i know what do you think about this! "Lolz get rekt m8 it is not gonna happen,that would be 2 OP!".I know that so i suggest cooldown nerfs,2! For example 8/7.5/7/6.5/6 seconds cooldown on ult.I think he really doesn't need to spamm r every 1.2 seconds at max rank with low range.He just need to have a little bit more range.Thanks a lot if you just readed this and thanks a loooot more to guys from Riot if they do anything that writes here! :D

I can deal with that, max rank 650 range. CD increase to 5 at max rank. And I'm platinum

The problem with Kass is that they reduce his CD but it still cost a bunch of mana to use R. So the fact they reduced the cd, you still need to micromanage it so you dont lose all your mana. And with such a small range, its not worth spamming but have you to because you dont get far with 1 or 2 R

I literally could tell just by reading this that your are bronze or silver
