Kassadin changes suggestion

Kassadin needs to charge up his E ability 6 times,then he will deal JUST 10 MORE DMG than with Q,what is a little bit confusing... So i came here to suggest you to low down chargeds from 6 to 5 or 4 but make it abilities that stack charges must be casted by Kassadin,and you can buff E early game damage or just buff ap scaling to 0.75 from0.7...I think ult mana cost need to be changed to 65 from 50 but range on ult needs to go up with every level-up for example:500/600/650 or:500/550/600 from 500 at all ranks.
