loading screen rune change system

some times I have a problem to change runes before game starts. now I'm playing press the attack sona (just an example). I was wondering how can we change that? easy! make a loading screen rune changer!

now you can change your runes when in the loading screen, useful and helpful!

idea is pretty simple, have a little button in the loading screen used to change your runes, but it does not include editing them, just for the people who forgot!
