[Champion Suggestion] Maniard, the circus freak

Name: Maniard, the circus freak. (he is an ugly monster that throws rocks)

Range: 550; ranged champion

Movement: 340

Mana: 300 – 900

Passive: Pacifism.

After 4 seconds in combat or when Maniard is under 40% health, all nearby enemies have 30% less attack speed.

Q: Boulder Dash (area cast. range 550 units, cost 40 mana; 15/13.5/11/9.5/7 second cooldown):

Maniard chanels for 1s picks up and throws a boulder that slows all enemies it hits (the area of effect is as big as ziggs q) by 15/20/25/30/35 % and damages them for 10/25/40/55/60 magical damage (+40% ap)(+20% ad). Maniard can recast this ability for the next 2 seconds to dash to that boulder and smash it, dealing in the same area the same amount of damage and knocking all enemies up but without the slow effect. The boulder is solid like a wall. enemies between the dash are pushed aside.

W: Petrify: (cost: 35 mana; self cast; 11/10/9/8/7 second cooldown)

Maniard covers himself in rocks making him 7/5/3/1/0 % slower giving him an extra 30% of max health from his maximum health for the next 6 seconds.

E: rock and roll (600 range; cost 30/40/50/60/70 mana; 8/7/6/5/4 second cooldown)

Maniard rolls 3/4/5/6/7 rocks over in front of him that grow larger by the time in a spreading way ( the shape of the ability rolling out is like a shockwave) until they reach maximum range dealing 20/30/40/50/60 physical damage (+35 ad) (+25 ap)

R: the circus freak (cost: 100 mana; 80/70/60 second cooldown)

Maniard becomes mele, gaining significant physical and magical damage on his auto attacks for the next 10 seconds. each auto attack he does prolongs the ultimate's effect for another 3 seconds, maximum 25s/30s/35s. all of his abilities get 10% extra cool down reduction that is not capped.

Lore: Maniard is a human that was born with muscle dysplasia and was left by his parents to die. a circus found him and raised him as their own, giving him love and teaching him respect. All other people though hated him for he was an ugly freak. Maniard tended to have a temper, he learned sharp shooting from his circus friends so that he could defend himself against the people that would throw rocks at him but when he got mad, he would only attack with his bare fists. In a fight to defend himself Maniard killed his attackers, the guards did not believe him as he was a freak so they shut down the circus and locked Maniard away. In the prison his circus friends told him that they hated him for what he did as their lives were ruined because of him. Later he was released and now wanders alone the streets of runeterra looking for a purpose and ... killing anyone that makes fun of him.
