Was really bored so decided to make a kit for some random champion. I didn't put any numbers because I'm terrible at them so yea, enjoy? (P.S. I also can't draw :P)

∏-=Vex, The Keeper of the Void=-∏ Lore: To put it lightly, this guy guards the gate to the Void.

What he looks like: Very skinny, male, purple, white and black model with black and orange shades that cover his eyes. His right hand has a cactus thorn in it.

Playstyle: Melee, Hybrid, Assassin

Kit:

Passive: (Incline) Every third spell that Vex casts applies Incline onto the targeted or first enemy hit. Incline: Deals a huge chunk of true damage to the target for 0.5 seconds before removing the effect and replacing their health again.
(For example: If Vex hits an enemy with 500 health with his Q, it will deal let's say 40 damage on the Q+100 true damage for 0.5 seconds. After 0.5 seconds the enemy will only lose 40 damage. This passive is made to increase Vex's burst.)

Q: (Voidspawn) Vex spawns and travels into a portal to the void, before appearing behind an enemy dealing magic damage.
This ability is targeted, but Vex will appear behind the enemy, dealing AoE damage in a circle, kind of like Kassadin Ult. Cooldown: 12/10/8/6 Mana Cost: 40/50/65/80

W: (Entangled) Vex thrusts forward with his thorn dealing physical damage and knocking all enemies in his path aside. Although the skillshot is about the range of Xerath E, Vex only moves a few creeps away from his initial spot. Cooldown: 20/18/15/12 Mana Cost: 60/80/90/100

E: (Impulse) Vex creates a swarm of thorns in a small cone in front of him dealing physical damage for 2 seconds. Vex is rooted during this effect, high CC and reactivating the ability will disable it. Cooldown: 8/6/5/4 Mana Cost: 40/50/60/70

R: (Curse of the Gatekeeper/Bewilder)

Curse of the Gatekeeper: Vex hurls his thorn at a target, dealing zero initial damage, but cursing the target. Vex turns into a specter, causing his abilities to appear a little different and have a dimmer model. All of his abilities now deal bonus magic and physical damage. Q: Same ability, nothing different W: No longer thrusts forward, instead blasts purple plasma towards the area, still same effect E: Instead fires two purple fireballs that deal very high magic damage, still same effect

Bewilder: Vex can then reactivate this ability to erupt purple plasma onto a target, dealing AoE magic damage. Whoever is hit by this ability gains one stack of "Bewilder." This causes Vex's next ability on that target to apply Incline for 0.5 seconds. Vex can reactivate Bewilder a maximum of three times on a specific target, however, if another enemy champion reaches 3 stacks of Bewilder, the curse travels onto them. The curse can only effect each enemy champion once.
