When will we see a new jhin skin?

So s a Jin main, i want a skin for him. the only thing is that i don't like having more than one skin on a certain champion. So i think high noon jhin looks pretty danm cool but i'm not sure that if i wuld like the upcoming skin. i dont have a lot of money wich is why i only want one skin per champion.so how long will it take until we see a new ne and is it worth the wait?
