Lore

In the outskirts of Shurima's wastes, there exists a mercenary named Rhalla. Clad in a red full body robe and a solid plate of black onyx as a face mask, Rhalla's weapon of choice is a single obsidian dagger, but one that appears to break the laws of nature at Rhalla's whim; the blade's after-images are nearly as sharp as the blade itself. While he can hold his own in a straight up fight, it isn't his strength. He prefers to confuse his targets, making sure the only thing they understand when they die is just how little they truly understand. This is all that is known for certain of Rhalla. Gender, exact age, race, nobody can tell at a glance, and Rhalla has not spoken of it, or of anything at all, since Rhalla does not speak. Rhalla is almost unnaturally tall, so he is presumed male by his clients, but he has a very slim figure, so it cannot be certain. It is certain that Rhalla is old, as there are records of his work dating back sixty years at the least, but he moves like a young man. While he works out of Shurima, it is unknown if where his home is, or where his homeland is, as he takes any job for the right fee (so long as it would not reveal anything of his identity), often from opposing sides simultaneously, showing no allegiance to any particular faction. Many assume him to be mute, but his demeanor

Rhalla does what he is paid for. This is all that is known about him, and it is all that matters to his clients.

Stats

Movement Speed: 340 Attack Range: 375 Attack Speed: 0.665 (+0-40%) AD: 65-92 HP: 520-1650 HP5: 6-10 Mana: 280-410 MP5: 5-12 Armor: 22-45 MR: 30-52

Passive: Sleight of Hand

If you haven't taken direct champion damage in the last 5/4/3 seconds, gain one charge of Sleight, up to a maximum of 2/3/4.

Your first basic attack is empowered based on the number of Sleight charges available.

Each charge grants the following to your first attack:

  • 50 range
  • 5-10 armor penetration
  • One after-image of the thrown dagger, dealing (15% AD, 5% against towers) bonus physical damage to your target (will crit if the initial attack crits).

If Rhalla takes direct champion damage or is incapacitated, all charges of Sleight are lost.

If the main attack critically strikes, the after-images also critically strike.

Q: Doppelganger 20/18/16/14 second CD, 70 mana

Rhalla dashes in a target direction (150 range) and creates a fake of himself that dashes in the exact opposite direction. After the dash, the fake mirrors all of Rhalla's movement commands and lasts 6 seconds. The fake can phase through terrain.

If Rhalla hasn't taken damage in the last 2 seconds Rhalla can reactivate Doppelganger to switch places with the fake, including its HP (reactivation has a 6/6/5/5/4 second CD and is not visible to enemies). Targeted attacks will not follow through a swap. If the fake dies first, its killer takes 90/130/170/210/250 (+.4 bonus AD) physical damage and the CD of Doppelganger is partially refunded.

W: Blur 30/25/20/15/10 second CD, 90 mana

Rhalla distorts the flow of time in a target area for 8 seconds (575 radius). Any unit or projectile in the area has the appearance of their location disjointed from their actual location, with their image moving 40% more slowly than their actual location. Champions can see their own actual location, but not that of their projectiles or anything else. Rhalla sees through the area undistorted, and gains 40/45/50/55/60% movement speed inside of it.

If a unit in the blurred area is more than 275 units from their image, targeted attacks aimed at the image will miss.

Units afflicted with a reveal will still spawn a blur image, but their actual location will also be revealed.

If a blurred unit attacks, their actual location is revealed and another image of them spawns.

E: Refract 10/9.5/9/8.5/8 second CD, 40 mana Rhalla throws a dagger at a target enemy, dealing (80/90/100/110/120% AD) physical damage on arrival. All enemies that come within 300 range of the dagger at any point will have an identical one start following them. The dagger has a projectile speed of 290 and grants true sight of its target while it is in flight.

R: Glint passive: On scoring a takedown or procing Doppelganger's CD refund, Rhalla is rendered invisible for 3 seconds. While invisible, he heals for 8% his max HP per second, gains 40/60/80% movement speed, and restores his charges of Sleight.
