Skin: Captain Teemo

Do you feel baited? There is no name suggesting skin in the title? Well... If you are... You are wrong! 🤣

Teemo... To my surprise still dont have 'captain' skin. You know!~ The pirate kind with eyepatch and fancy hat.

He could wield a small canon... Shooting small ammunition as basic attack (ignited?) and a big canon 'ball' with his Q that would cause a big 'boom' (explosion).

His ultimate could be a parrot that explodes with feathers when someone steps on her... or maybe a treasure box that explodes with coins!
