Hah... You guys are all right... Skins are available now. Still when I logged to play around one hour ago and completed aram game - they were not. I checked shop when I got him 😅

Still I relogged now and spooky skins are for sale. I must be one of first guys that got this skin and definitely a first one that got him from orb ahahaha 🤣

The skins are in the game so you can still get them, they are just not for sale yet.
