With Assassin meta where almost anyone can jump at poor ADC hiding in middle of his team... Kill him and walk away (Zed, Khazix, more...) there is a need for some counterplay! Not everyone can play Kaisa and become invisible.
Lets make this item purely made out of attack speed... Maybe even upgrade Runaan to have this effect. Something~

I dont see a problem with AP getting GA 😅 Its weaker item out of the two... Triggers when unwanted and a lot of times you just die right after activation.

Zlera1 votesWell, ADCs are glass cannons, the deal a SHIT ton of damage, but have to risk dying. For this to be balanced, any "revive' OR 'status" need to have a long cooldown. Generally ADCs have supports like janna to keep them alive, or stuff like bard to keep the enemies away. This is pretty balanced overall
