Which Champs Qualify for Victorious Skin?

I'm going to do some brainstorming on which champs might qualify for a Victorious skin, you guys are welcome to join in, give your reasoning for why said champ might get it, whether it's because they haven't gotten a skin in a while or because they have been a prominent pick this season or in Professional play. So I'll give some thoughts on who I think might get it this season: This is just wishful thinking; but since Aatrox got some changes but is going to receive full gameplay changes, maybe he'll receive one to give him some a new skin, since the last one he received was the Bilgewater skin. Malzahar has been prominent for a long time this season, so maybe he'll receive one based on that. Besides, for all of the attention he's received this season just for his voidlings and making his ult more satisfying, maybe that's enough to warrant a special skin. Taliyah has been played in the LCS consistently for a few games, an example has been the summer split as she has been a popular choice for either team. Besides, she still only has her release skin; even though a special skin doesn't really count towards the arsenal, it's still a nice touch. As much as I think this guy needs a visual update (his gameplay is spot on, just some annoyance issues), he has been pretty prominent as well as frequently picked in professional games. Besides, wouldn't Gragas look nice in royal armor with blue and gold? Could you imagine Jayce in the royal gold and blue? I think it would look pretty sick. Plus I think the last skin he received was the brighthammer one, but I don't remember when that was released. He's consistently popular, but maybe he's gotten too many skins to get a limited edition one. Tristana has risen back into the professional scene, and has become popular across all levels of play, so I'm guessing she's going to get one. Kalista might because even though she might not be the best for solo queue, she is picked in professional play, and is very strong in organized play. Though, she might not because she already has the Championship skin, so it would be odd to have two limited edition seasonal exclusive skins. This is just a troll hope, haha. I just want a Victorious Teemo skin for the laughs. I mean, we weren't expecting Victorious Maokai, right? So maybe Riot will throw us another curveball this season :D
