I think that quote ("You think I'm crazy? You should see my sister) could be seen as double crazy because she doesn't have a sister. Idk if I'm saying it correctly, but do you know what I mean?

Quite frankly, I think we've got another 10 or so champions before Riot would consider releasing "Jinx's sister" as a champion, and even then it's iffy.

They already did so via Vi, so I say No. If you want more info as to why, I would give you an idea of mine.
I always interpreted: "You think I'm crazy? You should see my sister", as her sister being a very sane person, because for a madman the sane are the crazy folk.
