it is just what it sounds like. classic Rift except:

you do not see the score you do not see what dragon is next you do not see any bounties and non-ward vision is removed.

by taking away important factors it makes players either cautious or reckless depending on the player.

Yeah... that sounds fun and scary.

There is actually a way to turn off your hub (so you can't see hp/mana/stats/gold/cooldowns) and that might be close to what you are imagining. It is one of those game modes where you only try a handful of times though.

How about this:

You can’t see what dragon is next. You only get its spawn timer if you witnessed its death. Same for Baron. No other camp has a visible timer. Trinkets are disabled.
