Gain an additional item slot for Control Wards. Scoring at least one Takedown will reward you with Visionary, which does not stack. Visionary is consumed the next time you visit the shop, granting 1 free Control Ward.

if you got rid of the free control wards and just gave it an extra slot then changed it to a normal rune then it would be a pretty good rune but in its current state nobody would ever take it

I do think having a vision related keystone is a bad idea. Because everyone but ward hoppers use wards the exact same way it doesn't stand out to anyone as a "Main keystone"
