Sadly Volibear seems to be on the list for VGUs,which makes new skins for him unlikely. Though I guess that he is pretty low on that list,so they might make an exception for him.
Ive actually joked around for a long time about a tibbers volibear skin or an annie skin that has tibbers turn into volibear instead.
Every tank should get the opportunity to have a skin when someone feels like goofing off!
