((Champion Concept)) Sagi: The Matchmaker's Arrow (marksman Support)
#Hello, and welcome to my first champ concept: Sagi! This is long, so feel free to skip to the abilities section!
#Lore: The legend goes like this: Sagi was an Ionian priest who vowed to protect her village's sacred monument: The Deltus. Her village valued the bond between heartlights, and celebrates this in the Deltus during marriages, funerals and other milestones. Although many made fun of Sagi for never finding her own heartlight, they respected her devotion to her duty. Now, in the early days of Ionia, purple, glowing craters would periodically open up in the ground, inhaling the matter around them. In order to stop them from expanding and eating their villages, Ionians learned that it took one human sacrifice to satisfy the void's cravings, closing the portal for the next few decades. When one of these craters appeared near her village, Sagi knew what had to be done. She believed she would make the best sacrifice, because she had no loved one to miss her. She silently walked to the edge of the pulsing void early in the morning, but as she jumped, a glowing figure of essence flew from the sky and merged with her, turning her into the goddess of love, and granting her the magic needed to close the void portal. Now, she shoots the people Runeterra with her winged arrows, granting some eternal love and others the harsh reality of human relationships. (of course, since this myth is so old, most of it is fabricated).
TLDR: Sagi is an ancient ionian love god who puppeteers the lovers of Runeterra. She can orchestrate an entire colapse of government with one swift arrow from her bow, seeing all, but almost never coming to visit her former brethren. She is both the lightness and the pain of love. Ironically, she much prefers being alone. When she does visit humans, she is reported as being kind, but not sociable.
#Playstyle and Positions Sagi is a ranged marksman support that excels at play making and poking, but not damage. As a marksman, she relies on her auto attacks to do the majority of her damage, but sadly, they DO NOT scale well at all. Even though her auto attacks kinda suck (because she's meant to be a support), they come in handy in stacking her W, CCing enemies and healing allies (you'll see). Also her ultimate is great, but can put her and her allies in dangerous positions if used poorly. Okay! let's get to it!
#Abilities Note: please tell me if these are unclear, I can explain in the comments/edit this! I don't mind criticism.
##Passive: matchmaker’s mark: Every 120 seconds, Sagitta can designate two enemy champions as heartlights, bonding them together. This mark takes 8 seconds to activate (when activated, a winged arrow will appear above them). When one dies, the other becomes heartbroken, losing movement speed, attack speed and the ability to cast summoner spells for 7 seconds. The death of a heartlight resets the cooldown of matchmaker’s mark to 30 seconds unless it is already less, and consumes the marks of the two paired champions. Sagitta cannot mark the same champion more than once every 200 seconds. She also cannot mark more than two champions at a time.
##Q: Arcing Pierce: ###CD: 12/11.5/10/9/7.5 ###Range: 250 units Sagitta commands one of her winged arrows to soar in an arc, over enemies before turning in a different direction to pierce through enemies in its path. The first cast (pressing down Q) designates where the arrow will soar over from her. The player can then redirect the pierce of the arrow from that point before letting go to start the spell. This is similar to Viktor’s E. Enemies that the arrow soars over are slowed, and enemies that are pierced by it take 60 / 105 / 150 / 200 / 245 damage. Enemies beyond the first one pierced take 50% damage. If a Heartstruck (see her W) or dazed enemy is pierced, they are stunned, consuming the heartstrike mark.
##W: Heartstrike: ###CD:13/12/10/8/6 ###Range: Auto Attack Range -Passive:Sagi can auto attack allies. This does not damage allies, but it increases their movement speed by 10/40% (by level) for 2 seconds. Can only happen once every 3 seconds.
-Active:Empowers the next auto attack to leave a 175 by 175 patch of Love Mist under the target. If an enemy champion or ally stands in Love Mist for 2 seconds they are marked as heartstruck for 6 seconds. If Sagi auto attacks or pierces (with her Q) a heartstruck target 4 times, an additional effect is applied. On allies, they are healed for 40-200 health, but over 10 seconds. On enemies, they become dazed. Dazed enemies are slowed 30% for 6 seconds and have a 1 seconds delay upon casting abilities. A champion cannot be marked by heartstrike more than once every 20 seconds.
##E: Soaring Arrow: ###CD:30/28/26/25/23 ###Holds two charges Sends out a globally ranged, slow moving arrow in a straight line that grants a small amount of decaying vision on its path. If gets near an enemy it explodes, leaving Love Mist behind. If it explodes more than 700 units away from where it started, the cooldown is nullified.
-Passive: If soaring arrow isn't on cooldown, Love Mist acts like a bush, hiding anything inside of it from anything on the outside as long as it isn't warded.
##R: Flight of Hope: ###CD:120/100/80 Sagi offers carry an ally for 6 seconds (similar to tahm kench's ult), if an ally joins her or she recasts it, she can aim the flight. She takes the form of a giant dove and flies a long ways, traversing terrain, ignoring unit collision and becoming untargetable. When she and the ally (if applicable) land, she knocks all enemies around them 300 unites towards her original position.
-Passive: for every rank put in Flight of Hope, love mist lasts longer. (Love mist lasts 5 seconds initially) +1/+1+/2 seconds.

Sagi wears a golden hood, minimal armor, and lavender fabric underneath. She appears quite a bit older than the woman in the photo, and has a stoic attitude. She almost seems like a less spunky Illaoi with less muscle.

#Notes and Edits
-Flight of Hope Range/Balancing: First of all, it's a pretty small range. Like, it could just barely make it from one 1st tier midlane tower to the other. Also, you brought up a great point that being in the middle of battle wouldn't be the best idea for her. Yeah, I agree, but I think this ult isn't really good at all for most team fights, especially in soloQ. So players would have to know that yes, a 5 man knockback would look awesome, but they'd probably die afterwords without doing any notable damage. Instead, it will probably be used for chasing one or two enemies say, in the jungle. I also think it would be a good gank setup in-lane. TLDR: Sagi's ult can be an engage or disengage, but it's really risky and that's ok given its power level.
-Is this a parody of Riots terrible matchmaking: No it's not, thank god. Her kit would make a lot less sense.
-Is love mist still active when Sagi is dead: Yes and no. All heartstrike marks are cleansed when she dies, but if they were acting as bushes before she died, they remain that way until they fade away.
-Does her Q scale AD or AP: I mean, I guess AD, it would be a bit weird for her to build AP? As for the percentages, I suck at the math part of league, so lets just say something reasonable for a support.
-Her E cooldown restart doesn't make sense: Yeahhh... it doesn't. Originally, it was like ashe's E in that it had two charges. When I added the love mist to it, it seemed a too good, so I increased the cooldown and took the charges. Then I thought that rewarding good Sagi players for hitting it (which would be very hard) would help her use it for both vision and offense instead of just prioritizing one. The reason that the range tradeoff is there is so that people can't spam it close range, resetting the cooldown with ease. PLEASE tell me if you have a better solution! My abilities got very complicated, and could use some cleanup.
-W Heal also makes no sense: Seeing a pattern? I don't makes sense! In all seriousness, I only put in the "potion" effect because I didn't want it to seem OP, but it's probably over tuned now, with the 20 second champion unique CD.
-W size: I added an abitrary number, but I visualize it being like twice as big as an Ivern bush.
