Lasts 4/5/6/7 seconds. CD: 60 sec. Cost: 100 mana
W; Defensive System Gangipa 3000 Gains a shield that negates all damage for .5 seconds, then grants that shield to a targeted unit, but blinds and silences them for the duration. Gangipa 3000 Gains the second shield if no target is chosen within 4 seconds. The second shield lasts 2 seconds. Cd: 25/22.5/20/17.5 sec. Cost: 60 mana
E; Mobilization: Gangipa 3000 Blinks to the target location, dealing 60/90/120/180(+50% AP) damage and knocking up the enemy units caught in the departure and arrival locations. Knock up duration: 1 second. CD: 15 seconds Range: 500/600/700/800. Cost: 40 mana
R; Self Destruct? Gangipa 3000 Becomes immune to death, and deals 5/10/15% of his max health as magic damage per second, for 1/2/3 seconds. After the duration, he explodes, dealing 300/600/900 true damage Cost:99% of current health. Cd: 140 sec.
