Project A, Valorant: Minion Mode

So I've watched through some of the Alpha play of Project A: Valorant and I had a few thoughts.

First, this looks like CS:GO/Overwatch matchup. Which could be fun. CS:GO is an alright game, but the added addition of unique players with unique special abilities, though not super cohesive with just "using guns", will add a unique flair to the game. But, I'm unsure how successful this will end up being. The main problems with CS:GO is that if you don't take the Ranked mode seriously or have a number of friends to play with, then casual games is just not very fun. The other is that the game is specifically honed for competitive play. So while in one sense that has kept the game alive for all of these years, in the other sense, that has inhibited it from growing.

That all said, my main thought was an arcade mode, make it a single player to duo or whatever, and instead of Zombie mode, call it Minion Mode. They would have to adapt the minions to make them a little less cute, and then could also add in Monster camps, Dragons, and Baron. Could make for a fun game mode. Obviously this would mean either totally new or adapted maps too. But again, I think it could be fun it might attract more of a casual fan base of the game as well.
