Patch 11.12 So we at Riot games have finally decided to buff nunu and so we're making his q able to execute champions at 50/100/150/200/250 hp. Now wait another 10 years for his rework. Bye!

Also Im assuming you mean deal damage, not actually eat them like Tahm does.
