In alot of games we continue to experience these phenomenon , IS there any tool we can use , to prevent these things from happening ? any detect prove that allows banning posible like asap or switch players during in game to solve this problem b4 losing a game so cheap ? how far is RIot on this case lately

Scripters would find away around it, such as piggybacking the exploit on Microsoft NET framework, making it virtually undetectable. Unless League were to implement something similar to Overwatch in CSGO, I don't see this working.
