Idk how everyone else feels about it seeing as it just came out but i think that its a cool concept that's a step in the right direction for AA marksman. that being said though, i feel like the procs are too few and far between. Putting the life steal aside (different issue for a different discussion), the move speed is really cool and i feel like it should reward adc's that can mechanically play the role well in terms of kiting and constantly attacking such that if you are constantly attacking while kiting, the move speed should have a very low downtime.

Obviously, the life steal, and probably the move speed percentage bonus too, would need to take a hit but i feel like giving adc's that auto attack constantly and rely on move speed to stay safe a leg up by giving good adc's slightly more move speed to dodge skill shots and mitigate the impact that gap closers have could give the role a lot more skill definition across all ranks and make bursting adc's a necessary out play to their play style rather than just a thing that assassins do if they feel like it.

Along the line of assassins, i feel like giving adc's access to this move speed would allow them to survive an assassins burst if they mess it up rather than relying on flash and team mates to protect them when there's not a huge motivation to do so in the current meta.

That being said though, i am silver 5 so I'm open to criticism of the idea seeing as i don't have a firm enough grasp on how the game works to make predictions about how this would affect it. It's probably also worth mentioning for the record that i wouldn't expect to be able to make effective use of this concept at the level i am at now as it would need to be something that gave adc a learning curve and as such would need to be hard to do.

Energized attack charges 10 on-hit, meaning an attack with runaans charges 30. That's 1-50% lifesteal every 3 attacks, and melee champions that use energized attacks, namely yasuo and tryndamere, don't need the lifesteal EVERY attack, since they build some anyways. It's a survival keystone, and it accomplishes that goal.
