nocturn and rengar are stupid champions and whoever designed them should be ashamed of themselves. there is literally no counterplay, they just press R on cd and you die on cd. please add counterplay to their kits so that stupid people can't just play them, get lucky early, and then just remove the adc from the game. you literally do not get to play league of legends as adc when the enemy rengar/nocturn is anything other than 0/10.
Lemme give u a tip in regards to Nocturne. His ult doesnt point and click deal damage like the tooltip says it does. His ult empowers his next autoattack. In otherwords, you can just walk away from him when he ults to you, and he wont be able to connect with that empowered auto, and hes going to die because he lacks the mobility to get to you, or outplay you. Unless youre an underfarmed immobile ADC. Emphasis on underfarmed, because Nocturne cant even duel isolated immobile ADCs that are reasonably farmed. Nocturne is a very bad champion. But i agree they both need reworks.
Well Nocturne needs a full VGU, he looks god awful and his tail is practically a compass needle. I would imagine a lot of his problems would be rectified on a VGU.
I like how the title is Nocturne and Rengar, but then you randomly mention Talon in the last sentence, in a declarative statement with no supporting evidence.
To seriously address your concerns, though, immobile ADCs have always been hard fucked by things like Noc and Rengo. It's just the nature of the matchup. It's the same sort of despair that you feel when you pick Talon mid and then get to lane to see a Kled/Xin/Renekton, or when you pick Kled/Renek and the enemy top locks in Quinn/Kennen. League of counterpicks is pretty annoying, I 100% agree, but this is one part of the game that's unironically working as intended. League is a strategy game after all, so the game really does start in champ select.
I main rengar and have played nocturne multiple times. simply said you just dont know how to deal with them. the times ive played adc with an enemy rengar i rarely die because i know what my main does. most people push to hard and get ulted, people also walk into or near bushes which is what rengar wants.
when i deal with a rengar as an adc you have to be cautious of where you are in a teamfight. when he jumps you, you flash under a tower or into a cc ally. if he ganks your lane flash under tower run away from bushes not into them. you dont die to him you dont feed him.
as for nocturne, dont push when he is lvl 6. wait until you know if he has ult or is top.
i think you are dealing with pre-fed people. dont complain about their uncounterbability if they are fed because a fed assassin is meant to dispose of you quickly.
Maybe less one tricking will help.
