i've once tricked jinx since the end of season 5 and then this season she just suddenly shot up to a 53% win rate with no buffs. does anyone know what changed?

Pretty sure it's just the meta.

She was constantly buffed after 8.11.

Then crit items got reverted.

Then in Season 9 the champions who were keeping her down ( Vayne Sivir ) were nerfed.

V9.1 Zap! Cast time reduced to 0.6 − 0.4 (based on bonus attack speed) seconds from 0.6.

V8.14

Stats Base health increased to 581 from 531. Health growth reduced to 84 from 88.

V8.13 Switcheroo! NEW EFFECT: The 10% AD bonus damage from Fishbones can now critically strike.

Zap! AD ratio increased to 160% AD from 140% AD.

I haven't played vs a Jinx in a while now, she's literally banned in every single game I play.

Some great jinx OTP you are if you haven't noticed the significant E mechanic change. Where you can't go through them anymore.
