Possible shaco skin?

I know that riot is looking for some arcade skins to make, is it possible to make a shaco arcade as some kind of Pixel Jester? You could pair it up as Final Boss Veigar's assistant or something like that. TBH i just think that a shaco arcade skin would look fucking amazing <3
