Riot servers??

So i just got into my promos for gold and when i was in champ select i got kick out of leauge and says there was an issue connecting to leauge servers. by the time i logged back onto leauge my pick was gone and it counted as a dodge. Riot please fix this because if its something on your end we should not be punished for being unable to connect to your servers. This has happened on more then on occasion for me and honestly its quite annoying that i have been unable to get gold twice thanks to dc during champ select. I dont see how it is fair that we are being punished for something that isnt our fault, also it only seems to happen when im banning a champ or using discord at the same time. Also i have no connection issues what so ever, i have 30 ping, i run an ethernet cord so i get as little lag as possible. What is the reason for me being randomly dc ?
