Is the tyrn bug ever going to be fixed?

so every time i see a tyrn with guardians angel when he gets low enough to the point where he ults, his still dies and gets brought back to life throough ga even though his ult is activated. ive seen this for months now and is this ever going to be fucking fixed?? just got me a game because my tyrn died while in ulti
