Skin Suggestion: Virus Azir

Azir should have a skin in which he is kind of normal, but has particle effects and parts of his skin that lose actual bits (eg. 100010111101) of information and parts of him like his arm/cape/leg that have an effect like changed resolution...focus adjustment or gets visualized as polygons only.

It should have HD effects showing that he is buggy. Like his voice bugging out, changing tones... His ult should have 1-2 soldiers (the ones in the middle preferably) that become polygons or somthing similar to show they're malfunctioning.

Azir needs something to remember how buggy he was (if he will ever stop being buggy). A bugged/virus themed skin would be awesome.
