Show how many seconds Katarina's daggers refund on E instead of percentage
I believe it would be a lot more clear if the tooltip on Katarina's E said "Shunpo's cooldown is reduced by 7.x seconds when picking up a dagger" instead of 78%, 84%...

I agree with this, the tooltip is not clear at all. In fact, I would suggest going one step further and indicate the exact cooldown Shunpo is being reduced to, rather than the cooldown it's being reduced by. Having the tooltip say "Picking up a dagger reduces Shunpo's cooldown to X", i.e. the ability's cooldown based on its rank, reduced by CDR, and reduced further by the dagger effect, performs a ton of math for Katarina's player that she shouldn't have to do on the fly, and would contribute towards much better clarity.
One possible issue is that something like this might actually require some more tech for dynamic tooltips if it doesn't exist already, since iirc daggers reduce Shunpo's remaining cooldown, and not its total cooldown, which means the cooldown it's getting reduced to, or by, will change over time.

Well, is the reduction always a flat number or is percentage based on the remaining CD? If the base CD is 10 seconds, does picking up a dagger lower the remaining CD by 8 seconds in all situations or reduce the current CD remaining by 80% (cutting 5 seconds remaining on the CD down to 1 second remaining)?
Note I'm using wrong numbers on purpose for simplicity. Don't own Kat so I don't have any idea with what the tooltip may actually mean, so please let me know how it works.
