Ashe is supposed to be the queen of slows, but now Ezreal is much much better and I believe he is overshadowing her.
Iceborn Gauntlet's slow doesn't receive any effectiveness reduction for ranged champions and it's slow doesn't decay. Ashe's slow got nerfed requiring her to crit, and the slow also decays.
Maybe her slow applied by a crit shouldn't decay, maybe critting should increase the chance of chain-critting slows.
Something has to be done.

JQKAndrei2 votesYes but now Blue Ezreal is the "only" thing because IBG is so good on him. IBG didn't only get 10% more cdr, it got +5 armor and -150 gold cost.
Ashe's slow got nerfed, requiring her to crit in order to make it decent, plus, Ashe's slow decays while IBG's doesn't.
