A Anti-Shield Item

I was thinking since i have seen lots of team fights where the adc is like at 5% hp then .2 seconds later gets like a massive shield from supports etc. What if there is an item that reduces the duration or the amount of shielding received from external resources so that it does not affect innate shields such as blitzcrank passive , tahm kench etc. or maybe it does affect them but at a reduced amount. was just thinking if there is an item that gives lifesteal and there is another item that reduces lifesteal , same case if there is an item that gives shields wouldnt it be logical to have an item that reduces shields?
