The pace of releasing new skins recently have been pretty fast, which is great since it provides a change of pace. However, are there any champs out there that you feel have better basic skins than alternative skins?
Some that come to mind:
Lissandra Camille Neeko
Tbh, Eve doesn't really have any good skins imo.
Zoe, Cyber Pop is too "Wreck It Ralph"-like and well, Pool Party was a tad lazy
, not because his skins are bad, but because his default theme is just awesome.
base skin looks pretty nice too.
And some champs like 
that simply don't have a good skin.

Neeko only has one skin so it's kind of an unfair argument. Lissandra and Camille's recent Covent skins seem to be pretty good alternatives to their base skins, especially Lissandra's. Aurelion Sol has an infinitely better base design than his skins largely due to how good his original design is. It always feels like a massive downgrade going from a space dragon with stars in his body to a regular fire dragon or robot dragon.
