Optimal lane to take our first
Which lane tower is the best to take out first? I know there are a few arguments for each but statistically, which one gets the best results leading to steam rolling the other lanes?

Bot. You get drag control and force the ADC out of lane, which renders them useless. From there it's best to get the mid turret, followed by the next mid turret. Top can splitpush at this point, and then grab mid inhib tower. From there you can get Baron or bot tower, and then you can either throw for kills or take nexus towers.
Taking bot to early can mean that your marksman can't farm to well.
So if its a bit into the game, bot. Early on though mid is very nice because it makes things very unsafe for their mid.
dpends on the matchups, but overall mid is the most valuable tower, just that it's also the hardest to take which is why it rarly is taken first. But if mid is down, you can take contoll over the entire jungle. but overall, you want the tower down in a matchup where your lane can effectively chase down theri opponents along a long lane, and also have escape tools to overeextend a bit. Or on a lane that don't want to farm as much but is good at roaming, as your wave will be frequently pushed out and your opponents have the option to freeze the wave at their half.
What about those games where your top laner is really strong and pushes his tower down first? Should he keep pushing until they have to send 2-3 guys to get him, or rotate mid or bot and help them push?
TAKE WHAT YOU CAN, GIVE NOTHING BACK
Mid.
It just opens up far more of the map, leaves the enemy mid-laner exposed and denies vision in a vital area of the map.
It also allows your mid-laners to quickly push out the lane and help your team by roaming top or bot without missing out on much CS.
mid, the lane is so short the team has to come defend any pressure applied to mid tower
