Heimer mini turret hacks

I was just in a game as Fiora going against a Heimer top lane. As soon as the first few waves came, I got shoved under turret and backed off, standing all the way behind (not under, well behind) my top turret while Hemier had his mini guns set up near middle of Top lane, slightly on my side where minions meet. The shots from his turret proceeded to continuously home in and hit me behind my turret...I confirmed if other people on my team could see the same thing and they said yes. No one had any idea what was going on. It happened a few more times during laning phase.

Has anyone else experienced this? I called him out on it after the game and asked if he was cheating/hacking and obviously got swearing and malicious comments, but I reported him for cheating since he never denied it.

It's purely visual but it is a bug.

Is it a visual bug on my health too? Cause I took damage that didn't heal instantaneously

I've played with and against heimer a lot (and I have noticed that this bug happens at least once per game with him), but I have never seen it do damage to anyone outside of his turret's range. If what you say about taking damage from turrets outside of their range is true then you should send in a bug report

There is a glitch that happens with them sometimes, usually they don't do damage if you are out of range though, they just follow you, Azir passive has a similar thing, the annoying part is that it lets enemies see where you are because they can follow the projectiles.
