Plague Doctor support?

I feel as if a plague doctor support champion would be pretty interesting thematically, while leaving a lot of doors open for gameplay mechanics. Restoring ally health and removing maladies while infecting enemy champions and dealing DOT damage that could spread. He could also inflict a variety of status effects such as slows (movement speed and attack speed) or maybe some other unique debuffs. Just an idea I'm throwing out there, I don't really have a specific kit in mind ;p

Thoughts?

I agree. Singed is the closest thing we have right now with his skin. I think it would be nice to have a Plague Doctor support. There are multiple directions you could go with it.

I made a champion concept for something like that a while ago. He was a serious counter for healing based champions, having Grievous Wounds as a spreadable disease effect (in hindsight a bit weird) and his ultimate would actually nullify and invert an enemies healing.

Definitly too strong against some champions, while too weak against others, but I liked the idea.
