Saw this wonderful champion artwork concept by Simon Dubuc on another website and came up with an idea for her kit, enjoy (artwork is all made by Simon besides ability icons)

Abilities

Passive: Shiqq's secondary bar is red and called "Ash." 10 Ash is gained every time Shiqq auto attacks an enemy champion, minion, or neutral monster (Caps at 50 Ash). At 50 Ash, Shiqq embraces her tyranny, each auto attack dealing a bonus 10 - 55 (+50% AP) (based on level) in magic damage. Each auto attack causes her to jump in the air, subsequent auto attacks let her stay in the air for longer, increasing her total attack speed by 20% (if the 4th auto attack is consecutive to the others, the attack speed bonus will be 60%). The attack speed and attack bonus ends after all five charges of Ash are used (each attack uses 10 Ash), or after 7 seconds. This buff never has a cooldown.

Passive: After the five auto attacks are completed during Ash's buff, Shiqq's blades start to twirl into circular razors and the enemy hit with the most amount of the attacks from the buff will be marked with a ring of fire. Shiqq's next two auto attacks have a total of 325 range. If the both are casted on the target that is marked, the mark will detonate, dealing an additional 50/60/70/80/90 (+11% of the target's missing health) in attack damage and decreasing the target's armor by 10% for 3 seconds.

Active: Shiqq's anger causes her to immediately gain the buff from "Ash." Same effects as passive.

Cost: N/A Cooldown: 9 Seconds at All Ranks Range: 525 in a wide line in front of Shiqq

Active: Shiqq winds up her blades for 0.5 seconds before rooting herself and lunging forward, spinning the blades rapidly for 3 seconds or until cancelling by moving. The blades deal 30/50/65/80/100 (+40% of AD) every 0.5 seconds. Shiqq will spin the blades for a total of 5 seconds if the buff of "Ash" is active or if Shiqq was in the air when the ability was cast.

Cost: N/A Cooldown: 25/23/19/18/15 Seconds Range: 800 in a medium sized line in front of Shiqq

Active: Shiqq throws out her hair in a direction after winding up for 1 second, dealing 60/70/80/90/100 (+60% Ability Power) in magic damage and latching onto the enemy. Shiqq then precedes to travel towards the enemy in the air. Shiqq can cancel the movement towards her enemy by reactivating this ability or casting "Whirling Razors." The enemy will still be able to move after the hair is stuck to them and can determine where Shiqq then travels to.

Cost: 50 Ash Cooldown: 150/120/90 Seconds Range: Gain 325 Attack Range

Active: Shiqq enrages herself, winding up her blades for 2 seconds in the air to form razors. For the next 15 seconds, Shiqq gains Tyranny, giving her bonus health regen, +50 movement speed, and all the other buffs from her passive "Ash" buff. However, all targets now get marked with a ring of fire, which will regenerate after 1.5 seconds if detonated. Shiqq is also in the air for the entire duration of this ability.

if its 10 ash per aa and 50 cap and u expend 10 each time, why not just make it one per aa, 5 cap and 1 every aa using it? easier to see and to track

second: " before rooting herself and lunging forward" i think suppress is a better word, root implys that they cannot move

what does "in the air mean"

I like this idea for the most part, she seems like she has a good skill ceiling while being able to be fought against with considerable counter play
