What champion has the most skins?

There are six champions with 8 skins: Annie, Gragas, Jax, Ryze, Twisted Fate and Veigar,

Those with 7 skins include: Alistar, Amumu, Blitzcrank, Corki, Dr. Mundo, Ezreal, Fiddlesticks, Katarina, Kayle, Kog'Maw, Miss Fortune, Teemo and Warwick.

Annie has the most, with 10 skins.

Annie has 11 if you count with deafult. Becuse Hextech annie is out now.

Ryze/annie/teemo I believe you should prob count unpurchasable skins so ryze would win I believe. He has those rare ass skins.

Out of the many skins Ryze currently has, only two of them can be bought normally. Those being Uncle and Dark Crystal.

Literally EVERY other Ryze skin is limited, legacy, or some other distinction that makes it unavailable normally.

annie i believe: goth, red riding, wonderland, prom, frostfire, frankentibbers, reverse, panda, sweetheart. that makes 9 skins currently the most in the game on one champ
