[New Champion] "Daarkin name", the Mindflayer

Greetings summoners,

Whilst pondering about the variety of champions in this wonderful game, I stumbled upon a simple fact, we are missing a whip-wielding champion. What a better way to create this champion, than to make the whip a champion itself. This would kill two birds in one stone, create a female Daarkin, and a whip wielding champion. As for the abilities I had a few things in mind:

Abilities In the images, you can see the first two ideas: 1) Traditional Skillshot+extended effect - Snare if connects, then reactivate to displace your opponent a few units in an arc (left or right)

 2) Modular AoE - 
 Similar to Sejuani's second W, image wise, it behaves like a skillshot, traveling with a slight delay in the first area of the hitbox, and the second one. The second area 
 should grant an additional effect, think of the crack of a whip (extra damage, resistance shred, etc.).

 3) Some sort of mobility ability - 
 It could be anything similar to the second part of Thresh's Q, Nautilus' Q, or first part of Camille's E. 

**General Direction - **

 I feel like she should be a mage killer, like Kassadin, or Maokai, but instead she is a duelist extracting your opponent's mind or mana (sounds crazy I know).  Maybe even fit in old Urgot's supress switch ultimate to this champ. Imagine this:

You see her, there's nothing beautiful about her, nothing innocent, she is fear, you tremble at her gaze. No, not "her" gaze, her gaze, the whip's eye, you forget who you are, where you are, what you are. You are nothing, a tiny speck in front of her visage, her magnificence, you beg for her to take you. Not you, but you, your essence, your memories, your past...

Anyways, if Aatrox is war, Rhaast is death, Varus is conquest, then she is famine. She will make you starve for your life, the life you had, or did you? [vlad-salute]
