My idea for a cool new Twisted Fate Ability
is in a pretty strong place at the moment win rate wise but I feel his passive and e are a bit...lackluster. For such a cool design I think he deserves more. My proposal would make his combat more dynamic and require more quick decision making. It is two fold:
- The E Convert the E ability into another "pick a card" ability. One of the W cards can be held and one of the E cards can be held independently and both are cast on the same basic attack. my ideas are:
Damage: 50%Ap
Card 1: Boosts the next attack or ability consuming it in the process, this card could lead to some interesting combos If boosts basic attack: -Basic attack deals bonus magic damage if boosts Q: -Q deals bonus magic damage and the card is consumed if boosts Blue card: -Replenishes more mana if boosts Red card: -Larger AOE and longer slow if boosts Yellow card: -Longer stun(maybe)
Card 2:
Heals and provides speed boost, gives Twisted Fate more utility
-If the card is selected
can target an ally providing the heal and speed boost to the ally and only consuming that card (not a W card)
-If the card hits an enemy
gets the speed boost and heal.
-If used with with blue card refunds this abilities mana
Card 3: Deals true damage over time to all targets hit by the card. The damage cooldown is refreshed upon damaging champions currently affected, this card would lead to more outplay potential during fights (instead of spamming)
The second part of the proposal is changing the passive. This proposed E ability sounds op but there will be a catch. The new passive would penalize the use of the same card twice in a row to W and E independently. Blue Card: No penalty Red Card: No Slow on consecutive use Yellow Card: Reduced Stun on consecutive use
Card 1: No penalty Card 2: No Speed up Card 3: Refunds half the cooldown of the ability but no damage over time.
This is my full proposal, I believe the new E and Passive would add more depth to fighting as
instead of spamming yellow card. Thanks for reading and have a nice day!
