Is Ivern like Nunu?

Not even in the slightest. Their gameplay and kits are totally different. Nunu is a counter-jungle tank caster that doesn't really fit in the current meta. Ivern is a support with a jungle-oriented passive, which is actually super relevant in the current meta.
