Tremor, the Raging Earth
If you liked this concept, feel free to check out my others here!
Tremor is a juggernaut, who weilds the power of the earth, and combats his enemies with earthen fury. Angry for the carelessness of the world, Tremor seeks to destroy the all living things to give Earth the peace it wants.
Attributes: Tank, Fighter
Lore While he may not appear it, Tremor is inhuman - a phenomenon. Born as a result of the raging earth. After the human race’s continuous purging of the abundant life of Runeterra, Tremor was created, through a series of violent earthquakes, and angry volcanoes. Tremor is the physical representation of the earth itself. The angry earth.
Tremor was discovered by a wandering pacifist in the Shurima desert. The angry Tremor threatened the man with death, in exchange for his cooperation. The pacifist was to inform the people to apologize to the earth or be met with their demise. Those who received the message stood in defense of their pride. Ultimately, Tremor destroyed them all. But Tremor was unsatisfied. He continued onward until he stood before a seemingly abandoned shack. From out of the shack came a sickly elder. Tremor knew not his name, but cared not. He blazed at the elder, threatening his very life. But when he finally seized the throat of the man, the elder responded with a seal on Tremor locking him within a tomb centered around him only. He never saw the light of the sun for a millennium. Each year, Tremor shouted, growing increasingly louder each year. The elder knew of the rage the earth contained. Though he begged and pleaded, none listened. It was not until the elder had the idea to learn of Tremor's patterns of screams. He quieted those nearby and had them listen to the cries made by Tremor. Releasing skin shaking cries, Tremor's rage would be felt by all who listened. They had begun to realize that the earth was angry, and slowly made progress towards eco-friendliness. With all things feeling high, the elder returned to Tremor's tomb. Nearly pushed away by the power of soundwaves, he lowered the pillars which blocked his outside view.
"It is done", the elder said. Tremor had quieted, sensing that the village was improving environmentally. "I feel it." Tremor responded, his rage subsiding. "I hope you can forgive us for our wrong." The elder calmly stated with a grin. Before Tremor could speak, he paused momentarily. "They are back at their wrongdoing." He stated. He felt his happiness boil away. He rose again, angrily glaring at the elder with a threatening gaze. The elder sighed, and placed a dark hex on Tremor, and Tremor had begun to fall apart, becoming nothing. Tremor attempted to resist the spell, but no other result had been shown. Finally, Tremor had used a spell himself. Having deemed it impossible to calm himself of rage, he released some of that rage back into the earth. Earthquakes raged, and volcanoes erupted at his anger. The elder trembled as Tremor broke through the spell, and destroyed him.
Tremor trotted into the village of wrongdoers. They spotted him immediately, and attempted to offer Tremor choice cuts and fresh poultry. Tremor's eyes burned with fire, and he felt no remorse in slaying every last villager.

Abilities
.:[Innate - Rock Transformation]:. Tremor starts the game with an item called the “Stone of Transformation” which gives him access to his forms.
Stone of Transformation
+100 HP 20 HP per level
UNIQUE Passive: Increases Tremor’s attack damage by 5% of all bonus HP
Tremor can upgrade Stone Edge to give him one of three forms: Volcanic, Crystallite, and Aftershock. The first purchase is free, but changing will cost 500 gold.
.:[Q - Stone Edge]:. Tremor forges a stone, and hurls it in a line, dealing 70/90/110/130/150 (30% AD) physical damage to the first enemy unit hit. If Tremor is in Solid Skin, the stone gains an additional effect based on his form.
Volcanic: The stone explodes on contact, dealing the same damage to all surrounding enemies, and slowing everyone by 20% for 2 seconds. The stone also deals an additional 50% to the original target.
Crystallite: The stone passes through the enemy, landing 300 units behind them and embedding itself into the ground for 4 seconds. The enemy hit has their movespeed cut by 20%, and 60% when moving away from the stone.
Aftershock: Slows the target by 15% for 2 seconds and the stone is lodged into the enemy. Tremor’s first basic attack against them will trigger the stone to detonate, dealing the same damage, and knocking the target up for 1.5 seconds.
CD: 15/13/11/9/7 seconds Spell Variation: Linear Skillshot
.:[W - Solid Skin]:. Innate: Tremor takes 15% reduced damage. (20% while in Crystallite form) Active: Tremor summons the earth to guard him for 3/3.75/4.5/5.25/6 seconds, increasing his attack speed, and giving him an additional effect based on his form.

Additionally, his basic attacks deal damage while ignoring enemy buffs/debuffs (Tremor is unaffected by damage reduction, deals damage to health, through shields, is not hurt by thornmail, etc)
Crystallite: Triples Tremor’s damage reduction. Basic attacks deal 10/20/30/40/50% of all damage dealt as magic damage to all enemies behind his original target.
Aftershock: Basic attacks deal 30/60/90/120/150 (10% AD) physical damage after 2 seconds. (stacks up to 3 times)
CD: 30/26/22/18/14 Spell Variation: Self buff
.:[E - Earthquake]:. Tremor creates three pulses in the ground, which deal 80/100/120/140/160 (50% AP) magic damage to all enemies hit. (Each additional hit deals 50% reduced damage.) Enemies hit by the first two pulses are slowed by 10/15/20/25/30% for 1 second. (can stack) The third pulse will root all enemies hit for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds. Earthquake is adjusted when Solid Skin is activated, based on his form.
Volcanic: The pulses leave three spaced holes. After 2 seconds, lava blazes from them, creating pools that deal 20/40/60/80/100 (30% AP) magic damage each second.
Crystallite: Enemies rooted by the earthquake have their armor and magic resist reduced by 10/20/30/40/50% for 3 seconds.
Aftershock: Afterwards, Tremor’s earthquake raises three stalagmites from the center of each pulse. Stalagmites serve as impassable terrain to enemies, however, Tremor can leap up to 400 units away from them.

CD: 100/80/60 Spell Variation: AoE
Crystallite: Summon Crystal Tremor raises a crystal from the earth, which deals 75/125/175 (50% AP) magic damage and knocks up all enemies above it. Tremor can reactivate the ability to dash at a knocked up enemy champion, and throw them at the crystal dealing 75/125/175 (30% AD) physical damage plus 9% of their maximum health.
CD: 100/80/60 Spell Variation: AoE/Target

Tips
Playing As Tremor
Tremor’s form reflects his playstyle. Volcanic form is for aggressive Tremors, Crystallite is for Tankier Tremors, and Aftershock is for more CC.
Tremor is a juggernaut with low mobility. Teammates may be needed in order to get in range to kill people.
Crystallite, while lacking heavy damage, offers more durability during lane, should you be against ranged champions.
Playing Against Tremor
Kiting Tremor is the best bet in shutting him down. If that fails, get peel from your team!
In laning, Tremor’s Stone Edge is his most useful tool. Dodging it will give you a temporary advantage.
Never stop moving around. Doing so will allow Tremor to root you with Earthquake.
