#Lore

Randol Ransom Rasmillius Flaggs is a restless spirit, doomed by his unyielding guilt over his acts during the Rune Wars to walk valoran, pledging his services to no kingdom, crest, or creed until he has paid for his crimes. As he trudged from the battlefield where men lay, he uttered only that none would stop him on his persuit for redemption.

#Concept

Randol is a tank who specializes in buffs and debuffs on both himself and his enemies, turning the negatives into positives for himself in order to help his team out.

#Moveset

##attacking Randol punches or swings his large saw-toothed sword.

##http://imgur.com/pw0B5tN Passive: Immovable Object Randol is immune to the first movement-based CC that hits him while this ability is off of cooldown. He still recieves the debuff mark on his task bar, and still takes damage from the ability.

CC which are not blocked by and do not consume passive:

Disarm Polymorph Silences Slows Suspensions Suppressions

Once Randol has been hit with CC that this ability blocks, it will go on cooldown and he can not recieve the benefits until it comes off of cooldown.

Passive: Randol does an additional 1% of enemy's current health per debuff stack on them. This includes debuffs from items and abilities, and from the enemies themselves.

Active: Randol tosses his sawtooth sword in a straight line, piercing through minions and neutral monsters but not champions. each enemy hit gains a stack of Shred.

Each stack of Shred causes the next hit of Injury to Insult to do some additional magic damage. Max stacks 3.

Passive: whenever Randol is hit with any attack other than a basic attack, he gains a debuff called "Pain" up to a maximum amount. when out of combat, he drains these stacks to gain healing.

active: Randol expells all stacks of Pain and shoots a debuff on him at an enemy, dealing AP damage and applying the debuff to them.

at level one he applies one debuff on him to them, and shoots an additional debuff every other level. (1/1/2/2/3)

Randol loses the passive components to this ability while it is on cooldown.

While the damage can be negated by armors, shields, and abilities, the buff transfer can only be negated by Siver's spellshield or Banshee's veil

Randol leaps in a lobbed arch into the fray, dealing AOE damage and knocking up enemies for a small period of time. This ability applies a stack of Shred onto anyone knocked up.

http://imgur.com/9SYnifk R: Indominable Will

Randol uses sheer force of will to devour all Debuffs, flipping them into inverse, positive effects. (example: slow debuffs become move speed debuffs) and dealing an AOE knockback that damages enemies if they collide with Terrain. for a short period of time, Randol can not gain buffs or debuffs from any source, including items and allies.

Stupid idea.

Every champ will have to be checked against his passive. Every new champ will need to be checked against hiss passive. Q stupid and why have ability if you cant hit enemy champs with it or heal yourself. W is somekind ripoff of Tahm E but instead a shield she can do damage. E meh. R is stupidly stupid. Nasus would cry himself to sleep against this stupid ulty.

Okie so i notice that there is no cost or description of what he uses up when he activates abilities... also, his passive is too complex. You should just make it so that he can't be stunned, slowed, taunted, or made fear. That is really all, if anything else is added to the list, he may become slightly overpowered. Second, you never mentioned what lane he is, or who he counters, or who counters him. So... I like this idea but it need much work.
