Pantheon stealth nerf back when his newest skin was released "Oh we just forgot to put it in patch notes". Literally was what happened.

Not to mention they did this for Udyr as well (release a skin for an under-played champ). Then they released an item that made him utterly broken.

Next step - Buff the shit out of Sona and or release an item that makes her utterly broken to incentivize purchase of the skin
