Zulden, The Black Hound Hunter

Passive: Narlok The Black Hound Narlok passively walks around within 300 units of Zulden, if an enemy gets within this range then Narlok runs over and attacks them, moving at 125% of Zulden's total movement speed. Narlok deals 20-80 (+50% Bonus AD) Physical Damage, attacking at 0.6-1.0 (+50% Bonus Attack Speed) attacks per second, and applying on-hit effects. If Zulden attacks or marks an enemy then Narlok will leap over and attack them dealing 20-80 (+15% Bonus AD) bonus Physical Damage, this effect has a 6 second cooldown. Narlok must be within 600 units of the target Narlok has 50-500 (+50% Max Health) Health and 80% of Zulden's resistances, when lowered to 0 Health Narlok falls down for 5 seconds before getting up at 50% Health. While outside of combat for 5 seconds Narlok restores 4% of his Max Life each second. Zulden receives 25% less Bonus Stats, and receives 10% of his Max Health as True Damage every time Narlok falls down.
Q: Black Blood | CD 14/13/12/11/10 | Range 300 Zulden thrusts his weapon forward dealing 60/100/140/180/220 (+80% Attack Damage) Physical Damage to all units hit, reducing all healing and shielding on targets by 40/45/50/55/60% for 3 seconds.
W: Lights Out | CD 12 | Range 400/450/500/550/600 Zulden marks a target for 3 seconds, granting True Sight of the target. Zulden's and Narlok's attacks on marked units deal 25/40/55/70/85 (+20% Bonus Attack Damage) True Damage and consume the mark to blind and nearsight the enemy for 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5 seconds. Narlok will prioritize marked units over all others. If a champion dies from the mark being consumed then the cooldown is refunded.
E: Riding Shadows | CD 18/17.5/17/16.5/16 | Range 400 Zulden quickly pulls the chain and mounts Narlok, rushing forward, fearing all enemies passed through for 0.75/1/1.25/1.5/1.75 seconds. Narlok may jump over walls with this. If cast farther than 300 units away then Narlok moves without Zulden.
R: Let The Dogs Out | CD 140/120/100 Passive: Narlok revives 0.5/1/1.5 seconds faster.
Active: Zulden whistles and then unleashes Narlok removing his tether range for 8/10/12 seconds. During this time Narlok deals 50% increased damage, gains 15/20/25% increased total attack speed, and moves 10/20/30% faster when moving towards an enemy champion. Recasting R issues orders for Narlok. Zulden whistles again once the effect ends and Narlok returns to him.
Just an interesting concept that I thought of. Haven't gone through the numbers too much, but the 25% reduced bonus stats(HP, AR, MR, AD, AS, MS) should balance him out. Narlok inhibits all item effects from Zulden, except targeted ones like Gunblade or Protobelt. Zhonya's will make both golden.
