Here's a Supportive champ concept

I had this idea the other day that there are a lot of champs in the game that buff other champions or themselves with a shield, but why are there no champions that can remove the buff (with the exception of attacking). So with that train of thought I am trying to come up with a concept on a champ with that as his primary ability (or one of). With that said here is what I've thought up so far.

ALL NAMES ARE PLACEHOLDER AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE; JUST LIKE EVERYTHING IN THIS CONCEPT. :D

Name (place holder): Buck Lerr

Passive-_ Always Protected :_ Has a regenerating shield with a strength of 5% of his max hp for every ally within 1500 range.

Q- _Shield me bro: _ Cast a shield on an ally protecting them from damage for %hp of characters total hp.

W-_ Master of shields:_ Passive: shield strength and size grows dependent on the amount of bonus armor and MR the character has (has a lot of armor & MR=huge shields) ** Active**: steal all shields in a target area from all enemy champions and gives ally champions within 500 units a shield equal to the amount stolen then marking allies with the de-buff after the effect ends. The de-buff causes the target champion to reduce the effectiveness of the next shield placed on them by 5/9/13/17/20% within 6 sec.

E- Captain America in the house y'all- Throws his shield at the first enemy it hits knocking them back a few units then it bounces to 3 more targets after for damage (with AP scaling).

R- Panic Room - Channels a zone 1000 units in diameter which reduces damage for all ally champions which stand in it by 20/25/30% and prevents any enemy shielding for 3/4/5 sec. After the effect ends allies gain a shield equal to the passive shield ability of this champ.

I don't have a name for this character, but I also think it's a rather different type of kit. It's a simple enough concept though. Let me know what ya think, and as always all things are subject to change upon feedback. K THANKS BYE.

P: doesnt seem super useful since 5% ms within 1500 range would be really short lived and 3% shield cast isnt great. I think maybe he could gain a regenerating shield passive similar to rakkan but where the strength is 5% of his max hp for every ally within 1500 range.

q: solid skill, would likely be like 15% since most shield supports have strength that provide 20% hp to squishies and 10% to tanks. Alternatively it could scale based on level from like 10 to 20 which would shift its power away from early game.

w: the first part this skill is too murky and would likely give his shield too much passive strength. The second part is way too dependant on enemies have a shield which actually isnt super common, if you kept the second part id at least recommend that it replicate the stolen shield amount for every ally within range instead of distributing it among them.

w alternative 1: upon activation causes any shields provided by the champs skills to prevent cc in addition to damage for a short time. expires after short duration or if targets shield is destroyed, does not cleanse cc already effecting target.

w alt 2: shatters targets shield instantly destroying it and dealing 60% of the shield's maximum strength as true damage to enemies in an aoe around the target

e: give this a small knock or a slow, maybe similar to dravens cc

r: not terrible but i dont think it fits with this guys theme well, i think it would be better if upon activation: the champ becomes immovable an gains a shield equal to 40% of his max hp while taunting all enemies within 500 unit radius. upon deactivation (or after the duration expires) or death, allies within 750 unit radius gain a shield equal to the amount of shield the champ lost during ult (up to 40% of his max hp)

overall i like the concept, i mained a shield supp for almost 2 years so it'd be nice to have another be added.
