[Skin Concept] + E change for Ashe

Ashe already has a good ammount of skins, Freljord, Heartseeker, Amethyst, Marauder and Project (just to name my favorites). And in all of her skins shes using a Recurve bow, but my idea is a modern style skin, with her using a Compound Bow so something like

Modern Hunter Ashe: Giving her a camo outfit, so, something like her normal hoodie, but the hood is down and she has maybe a baseball cap on, or even just keep the hood on, either way works, with boots and a Compound bow,

again, i cant draw worth a damn, but if someone could, that would be great.

Also, while were at it, maybe something should be done about ashe's E, because aside from 5 seconds of vision every minute or so, its totally useless, and kinda lackluster too. She needs something that fits her as a bowman too. maybe some sort of trap that gives vision or maybe something that all rangers know how to do, tracking, so heres my ideas.

E: Tripwire -- Place an invisible tripwire that is "X" units long and will give true sight of target and give them a slow equal to the slowing Frost (passive) applies.

E: Rangers Tracking: For the next 10 Seconds, the footsteps of the closes enemy becomes visible to ashe and her team, If the target is located by ashe after following the footsteps, her next basic attack will deal a little bit extra magic damage (Ability must be active for this the bonus damage to work) The extra damage will not be rewarded if the target was spotted during the duration of the ability by anything or anyone other than ashe. (i.e, Wards, Turrets, Allied champions)

Thats just my opinion, to make her E a little more proactive and a new skin.
