@Riot Let's Talk Quinn Ult Again.
Ok, so I hear you. So I've come up with a compromise. I've thought this all the way through and this should make things fair for EVERYONE! So Quinn was created to be Demascia's wing. The scout champion right? So ok.. Let's talk about some changes to the ult to help that while making her secondary (fighter) as useful as it's suppose to be and not just something that's there in name.
(R) Valor Mission - Quinn, where ever she is on the map calls Valor (Valor! To me!) and sends her on a scouting mission. While Valor is scouting Quinn stands in positon where ever she is (that keeps things fair) and waits for Valor to send signal. The player, As Valor, get's increased movement speed (of course), increased vision radius, increased attack speed. If Quinn Dies while Valor is on her scout mission, (you found me) Valor is recalled to Quinn and the death timer for Quinn is recalled (the death of the champion) If Valor dies, W is automatically activated in the spot he was killed and R is put on cooldown for 80-120 seconds. Control goes back to Quinn, and Q is also put back on cooldown as if it were used (Valor needs rest). Valor is the only one out of the tag team that can activate SkyStrike. If SkyStrike is activated, W is also activated in the spot Skystrike was Activated, Control is given back to Quinn. Q is put on CoolDown (GoodJob Valor, Rest now). R is given reduced cooldown 50-80 seconds as Valor won't need to rest as long because his mission was accomplished. Yes Valor does get to be used as he was in Season 5 EXCEPT he can't build Melee items still (Can't carry anything Quinn doesn't already have), and the target passive gives him increased auto attack damage. The vulnerable target is still chosen as if it were Quinn using the passive.
Now, my idea (Maybe a little overboard but I like the idea), if Valor kills a Vunerable target Quinn stores a treat to give Valor when he returns. The treats give Valor extra power-ups like extra movement speed, attack speed, or defense. You probably don't like that idea because it may make Valor too Viable. Understandable. But I like it
I say this change is fair because it gives Quinn a competitive difficulty raise. Some players may place Quinn in the wrong spot making her an easy kill for the opponent and others may hide her well while Valor is on his mission. Please consider this though. We miss Valor and this is a healthy alternative.
Here's another way that we can keep your ult while having our ult. Use (Valor Mission ult) while giving the tag team ult as a passive after moving around for so long without taking damage. With this passive of course one shouldn't be able to use skystrike if this ult is activated using the passive. And we also keep the vulnerable target passive.
