How overpowered would this be

A support that is a walking pillar. He can pick up an allied champion, rendering them untargetable until he is killed. Essentially the ADC gives up control of his positioning but is as tanky as the support and can AA and cast abilities from on top of him Very difficult to coordinate but MAN that would be potentially broken

so, an inverted kalista ult of sorts?

Well, I'm assuming this support would be as tanky as Taric, and have a simillar effect as shen or Braum. CC would be more effective as both of you would be hit, but you'd give the adc more time to shoot. The immage that came to mind was Braum putting vayne on his shoulders, giving her tank, but limiting her mobolity.

Its an interesting idea. Facinating one too, but if a support could literally carry someone, you would have to limit their ability to affect the playspace offensively. Even more so than Soraka. It would be stupid broken on someone like cait, that range.

not OP only if you make this pillar as slow as fuck.

Have you ever considered something the other way around?

Having the support untargetable but still able to help the ADC?

Hugely OP. Taking an ADC and making him invincible and untargetable until a (probably tank-building) character is killed? That's a huge amount of DPS that you now can do nothing about.

Could you imagine this on All for One?
